Panelists include nationally recognized scholars from MIT, Stanford Law School, UCLA, UC Berkeley, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Michigan, UC Davis Law, and the University of Virginia, alongside senior leaders from the California Department of Housing and Community Development and the California Department of Justice, as well as California State Senator Scott Wiener.
